Card Holder Security

All Card holder information is secure through a secure payment gateway, and we do not store card holder info on the website. Also we do not share customer information with any other third party.

Shipment

• Sales tax: tax applies to MN customers only unless MN customer provides Air Hitch Technology with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Air Hitch Technology’s acceptance of the order.
• If you place an order before 3 PM ET, it is most likely that the product will be shipped the next day pending the product is in stock. For special/unique orders, we may need to assemble the products first, and this requires a minimum of 24 hours to ensure there is no issue with the airbag holding air. For special/emergency orders we will do our best to get the hitch out as soon as possible.
• Orders placed during the weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day, pending product is in stock.
• We are not responsible for severe weather delays at origin or destination of any item sold.
• All shipments are based on business day travel not including Saturday or Sunday (with the exception of Saturday delivery).
• We do not ship to PO boxes.
• We ship UPS ground, unless customer has asked for an expedited delivery.
• For orders requiring an LTL delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to have a means of removing the pallet from the truck if no liftgate service is requested. Air Hitch Technology is not responsible for shipments delayed/returned if the customer was not able to accept delivery.
